REAL ESTATE

A 3 floor building in Malindi sold through our portal

How our real estate window helps business in Kenya

04-05-2017 by redazione

We've had fifteen days of front page advertising on our portal and the owners of a three-story building in the popular neighborhood of Mtangani in Malindi sold their real estate to a malindikenya.net reader.
The news was confirmed by the owners who asked us this morning to remove the banner (still visible with the "Sold" band) that would have to advertise the property for sale until July 15th.
Even Italian buyers, who had called us to ask for confirmation of the goodness of the operation, confirmed that the deal went into port.
For us double delight: not only malindikenya.net confirms the showcase for those who live and who frequents Kenya and its coast, but also a vehicle ready to enhance the resumption of tourism-related business and not just in Malindi and its surroundings .
For information on how to highlight the sale or rent of a property, write to info@malindikenya.net or call 0720178982.
