Remo Briziarelli has opened "Il grappolo" restaurant

It took an Italian professional who knows the art of hospitality in Africa, to transform a historic Malindi resort into a meeting place with attention to detail that enhances the pleasure of living, relaxation, international cuisine, Italian specialties like pizza and African dishes.
We thought Remo Briziarelli, Roman chef who for years attended Kenya and already has several experiences in local malindini, but who is also recovering from an adventure to five stars in Brazzaville, Congo.
