A Christmas dinner of class and refined cuisine, on Tuesday 24th December at Kilili Baharini Resort & SPA in Malindi. At 8 p.m. we start with a Christmas aperitif in the lounge bar, then enjoy a catwalk of appetizers ranging from tuna carpaccio, lobster Catalan style and other specialties, and then taste unique dishes such as pumpkin soup with bubbles, tagliolini with duck and artichoke ragout and two other first courses, fish and lean. To continue, you can not miss the grilled lobster and squid, the traditional turkey but also fish and meat cooked in a special way and with an excellent choice of side dishes. Also important is the dessert carrè, between profitterol and tiramisu with a grand finale with pandoro and panettone.
