Uhuru to malindians: "Airstrip enlargement will go on"

"Sure compensation for those who will be removed"

17-07-2017 by redazione

The visit for electoral purposes of the President Kenyan emerging and nominating Uhuru Kenyatta to Malindi was not only the last attempt to earn a little more votes and hope for a miracle.
The North Coast of Kenya, as has always been known as a feud of opposition and cordially hostile to kikuyu, and this year's voting projections are no exception, but the Jubilee Party, which has strong candidates like the former mayor of Best Malindi, Gideon Mung'aro, aspiring governor, is trying to persuade the giriama and the muslims.
On the margins of the hypocriteable Filipino (very polite and ironic, against) the challenger Raila Odinga, Uhuru spoke of Malindi International Airport, reassuring all the current inhabitants of the areas involved in the clearance to be able to stretch the track and adapt it to the Standard required.
"Nobody will be deprived of his home and moved without having received adequate compensation - said Kenyatta - but the international airport must be done and it is my Government's intention to end what we promised and started."
Kenyatta has linked this and other works to Malindi's development, which goes through infrastructure and will bring better living and working life to local citizens.
"Asphalting the road connecting Malindi to Tsavo is moving fast - continued the Kenyan President - as well as other roads in Kilifi County."
It is also the answer to his great enemy Hassan Joho, governor of Mombasa, who recently defined the duo Kenyatta-Ruto as "Italian tourists vacationing on the coast". To see, considering all the good things the Italians have done in the last thirty years and the equally positive things they could have done with the support of the institutions, Joho's might go through an involuntary compliment.
