Not only because, like very few other countries in the world, it combines the sea with the mountains, the savannah of safaris with the great volcanic lakes, the boundless landscapes of the Rift Valley with the undiscovered metropolis of Nairobi, but because it adapts to all needs and social groups. You can stay in the luxury lodge awarded the title of "most exclusive in the world", Sir Richard Branson's lodge in the Masai Mara, or in the spartan stilts where the freedom is to have no mobile phone signal. And so on the shores of the Indian Ocean, where the choice between A-list resorts and backpackers' solutions for a few euros a night alternate without stepping on each other's toes.
Kenya is for everyone and the 'Holiday 2023' Fair in Nairobi, staged these days at the Sarit Centre in Westlands, in the heart of the capital, while giving space to top-level facilities, safari agencies and airlines, but also to environmental protection organisations and others, proves this.
