Kenya starts a new tourist promotion in Italy

KTB deal with an important communication office

The Kenyan Tourist Board has resumed its marketing and tourism promotion activities and is once again focusing on Italy, one of the main markets from which to attract travellers and customers in the coming months.
The Kenya Tourist Board recently announced that it has entered into a partnership with the Milan-based agency PR & Go Up Communication Partners, which has been appointed to act as its representative office on the Italian market. The assignment was assigned at the end of an international consultation to Travel Lifestyle Network, the network of agencies specialising in marketing and communication for tourism and lifestyle of which the Milan-based agency is co-founder and sole partner for Italy.
PR & Go Up Communication will have the task of promoting and enhancing the Kenya destination not only in Italy (the mandate is also extended to France and Germany, where the agency has set up a network) and will be the main point of reference for the main players in the recovery of the tourist flow, such as tour operators, airlines, travel agencies and organisers of incentives and groups.
The setting in motion of a promotion method that even before the pandemic had begun to falter, partly due to the European and Italian economic crisis in particular, is an excellent sign for the end of this year, when holiday tourism could begin a slow but steady recovery.
A desire and spirit already demonstrated (for now in words) by the intention of the Kenyan national airline Kenya Airways to resume flights from Nairobi to our country in June.
