Marco Cavalli, forty-five years old piedmont born of Alexandria, is the new Italian Consular Correspondent in Watamu.
He has made it known officially the Italian Embassy in Nairobi.
Referring to the Honorary Consulate of Italy in Malindi, Horses go-between between the compatriots stationed in Watamu and Malindi office.
As stated in the D.G. which regulates the functions of consulates abroad, "consular correspondents held subsidiary tasks of assistance to Italian citizens and those other duties that from time to time be assigned to them. The consular correspondents do not receive fees or compensation."
Marco Cavalli has lived for years in the tourist town twenty kilometers from Malindi, is the owner of a company that deals with imports of Italian products.
