Put the greatest poet of the Kenyan coast, the history of his homeland and its legends recited with passion. All together in an evening entitled "The Earth and the membership", staged at the Art & Food Restaurant Baby Marrow Malindi, on Saturday night, February 11 at 21.
Guests of the evening: the most important living poet Giriama, Kazungu Wa Hawerisa, the only one who wrote little poems in the form of the history of his people and to denounce the slow disappearance. The Italian singer Andrea Parodi, author of the beautiful album "Soldiers" and fellow songwriter of important American and Italian, as Bocephus King, James Maddock and Francesco Guccini.

The Concert will be held at White Elephant Art & Creativity Lodge on Friday 18th November, starting at 6.00pm, this we feel is the best venue for such an event in Malindi. The entrance desk will be open from 5.00pm to purchase your tickets and book your seats. Seats can be selected on a ‘first come’ basis. There will be no prior bookings. Late arrivals will only be able to enter the hall at the end of each piece of music. A bar will be open at the White Elephant, near to the hall, before the show and during the interval.
