On Thursday, Dec. 1, at 7 p.m., entomologist and writer Roberto Czeppel, a leading expert on Africa, will present his new novel "The Treasure of Lake Turkana" at the Libreria della Natura on Via Maiocchi 11 in Milan.
Czeppel, a researcher and discoverer of new species of insects, has published scientific articles in scientific journals and with numerous expeditions behind him to the African continent, has already published the books "Eritrea Little Paradise" and "Namibia Magic of Africa." The appointment is an opportunity to listen to an "African by adoption" as he calls himself and to meet other enthusiasts of Kenya and its surroundings.
John Le Carré, well-known and appreciated writer of "spy stories" with social implications, has set his novel "The Tenacious Gardener" in Kenya, between the banks of Turkana and the slums of Nairobi.
It comes out these days in Italy the new novel by writer and director of Malindikenya.net Freddie del Curatolo.
