Tuskys supermarket will save Nakumatt?

The large kenian chain in crisis sign a deal with the former rival

The large supermarket chain of Kenya's "Nakumatt"supermarket chain, which has been in an irreversible crisis for months now, which has caused it to close some of its branches and empty the shelves in almost all the others, could be saved by its former rival Tuskys.
The two retailers have signed an agreement under which Tuskys will acquire some shares of the Indian company once in vogue and in return will fill its sales departments, to avoid bankruptcy and continue to make the branches throughout the country live, including that of Malindi, which has been struggling for some time in a depressing situation to say the least.
From the emerging company Tuskys let us know that the decision "has matured at home, among the owner families".
According to the national newspaper The Standard, Tuskys will provide its products but also some managers of its staff to revive the company moribund.
The only problem that still needs to be tackled is the numerous cases in the Court of Auditors of suppliers who have not been paid for months and who at least expect their claims to be paid in instalments.
Some large companies have filed for bankruptcy of Nakumatt Holding.
