A walk among the herbivores that are usually found in the boundless and dangerous savannah or in delimited but little accessible reserves, in Kenya is something rare.
Especially if it's not some kind of zoo or it's not the classic hike, escorted by two guides or rangers, but it's really a relaxing and contemplative walk amidst the tranquility of the fauna (no felines or predators lurking around, and no elephants, of course. The only dangerous animals you have to watch out for are a family of buffalo and hippos on the lakeshore). This happens at the Sanctuary Farm in Naivasha, where you enter with an entrance fee, walk through the park among giraffes, gazelles, impalas, water antelopes and zebras, enjoy the view of the lake and nature, and there's even a bar where you can have a drink among the animals.
