A poolside dinner at the beach club of the Olimpia Club in Casuarina, with music and the beautiful voice of the singer Salvatore Strano, followed by dancing and fireworks to celebrate 2020 together.
This is the program of the Italian restaurant for December 31. Many specialties of the house, from fresh oysters from Kilifi to various fried batter, Italian salami and sweet and sour onions. Seafood and rice salads complete the appetizers, while the first courses include the house's historic calamarata, lasagna with meat sauce or vegetarian, then cuttlefish with peas, fish and chicken foil with peppers and various side dishes. Fresh fruit, frappe and slices of pandoro and panettone.
After midnight, as usual, we celebrate with lentils and cotechino and champagne offered.
The evening is gladdened by the traditional tombola with rich prizes and at midnight the joyful and attractive fireworks to which the Olimpia Club has accustomed us.
