Once again this year, as is tradition, Rosada in Malindi is preparing for its New Year's Eve dinner before the classic beach party on Silversand Beach.
The Indian Ocean is the star of the show with dishes based on shellfish, fresh fish and other delicacies, accompanied by unlimited white and red wine included in the price of the dinner, which will start at 8.30 p.m. (Kes. 15,000, excluding sparkling wine). The grand finale before the dancing begins is the inevitable cotechino with lentils.
For those taking part in the dinner, admission to the beach party with a nationally renowned DJ will be free (exceptionally, the usual Friday beach party will also be held, for a double dose of end-of-year fun). A classy dinner by the sea and a dance party on the beach, welcoming in the new year in a special atmosphere: this is what Malindi has to offer, thanks to Rosada.
