After an excellent season with many full days and the pleasure of hosting an international clientele, Malaika Beach closes its doors again this year for the low season. This is the last weekend to enjoy the original and well-organised seaside chringuito in Mayungu. The great success, the beauty of the location combined with the pleasures of the food and snacks on the Indian Ocean shore, have attracted tourists including VIPs such as Naomi Campbell who has made it one of her favourite havens, and hosted parties, birthdays and special occasions, as well as being a point of reference for an ever-increasing number of Malindi and Watamu residents. Now it is time for the dynamic hostess Antonella (who you will always find in the evenings at Malaika Town) to catch her breath and prepare for another season, in July, with lots of news and the usual welcoming smile on her lips.
