Meat music and...mojito. Wednesday is the special evening of the Tangeri Lounge in Malindi and opens with aperitifs with an unmistakable taste of rum and mint leaves that go well with the exclusive cuts of meat that are one of the specialties of the renovated restaurant on the waterfront of the town.
In addition to the cocktail made famous all over the world by Ernest Hemingway, who also taught it to Kenyan barmen, at Tangeri Lounge or carnivores, there is a careful wine list with international selections, as well as the menu also has excellent variations for all, including an excellent pizza baked in a wood-fired oven. On Wednesdays, as always, the evening continues after dinner with music by Deejay Max.
