It is not a simple reopening, but a celebration of new atmosphere, colors and style of one of Malindi's iconic venues that has always been synonymous with relaxation, pleasure and fun.
Rosada Beach, the lounge bar-restaurant and pizzeria with beach facilities and event evenings, raises the curtain Friday, August 4, on the new season this evening and showcases a restyiling that highlights how much its owner, Monaco-based entrepreneur Carlo Falco, still wants to bet on the tourist destination, internationalizing the offer of a venue that has already been a reference point for Italians and Kenyans who frequent Malindi and its surroundings for 20 years.
It starts with one of Rosada's successful nights, the Friday beach party. After dinner, with an a la carte menu, from 10:30 p.m. it's off to dancing, drinks and barefoot involvement on the sand, with admission for men at Kes. 700 and for women free. From Monday, Aug. 7, the classic Monday beach party is also staged, preceded by a buffet dinner starting at 7:30 p.m. (kes. 2000 excluding drinks). The "pink paradise" on Silversand Beach in Casuarina, will be open daily from 9 a.m. to 10:30 p.m., with sunbeds, bar service, lunch and dinner, except for the beach party days with closing at 2 a.m. More news will be announced soon.
