The fifth edition of "What's Best In Kilifi County", the seasonal magazine produced and distributed free of charge by Malindikenya.net with the contribution of most of the activities of Malindi and Watamu and funded in part by the Kilifi County Tourism Department, has been released in recent days.
The magazine, with articles in English, is particularly aimed at the local and international market that arrives in Nairobi. In fact, a large part of the distribution will take place in the Capital, inside the airports (in partnership with Kenya Airport Authority and Fly540) and in some shopping centres.
Printed initially in 5000 copies, "What's Best in Kilifi County" is already on all flights of the low-cost airlines Fly540 and East African. The novelty of this edition is that it will not only be on flights on the Nairobi-Malindi route, but also on aircraft covering the other routes. In Malindi the magazine will be available at the arrivals of the international airport and in the hotels, restaurants and other activities that have sponsored it, putting itself in the showcase to promote the excellence of this part of the Kenyan coast and its main tourist destinations.
This year the following have taken part in the initiative: 7 Islands Resort, Baby Marrow Art & Food Restaurant, Bar Bar, Cozy Point Homes, Crystal Bay Resort, Diamonds Dream Of Africa, Driftwood Club, Earthland Property Ltd., Jacaranda Beach Resort, Kilili Baharini Resort & SPA, La Malindina, Lakshmi Spa, Leopard Point Luxury Beach Resort, Madmax Ltd, Malaika Beach Boutique Hotel, Malindi Products Limited, Medina Palms, Nonsologelato, Ocean Beach Resort, Olimpia Club, Palm Garden, Paparemo Beach, Paparemo Village, Silver Rock Hotel, Sandies Malindi Dream Garden, Sandies Tropical Village, Stella Customized, Tamu Beach Resort, Tamu Restaurant, Tangier Lounge, The Lawford, Watamu Golf Pitch & Putt.
