From this Friday, 24 July, the Non Solo Gelato outlet located in the "piazzetta" at the Billionaire in Malindi will mark a new phase in its growth with the official launch of artisan pizza and a new range of sandwiches.
Following the success of this concept at the chain’s other outlets, the company has decided to extend an even more comprehensive culinary offering to its prestigious Billionaire location, transforming the venue into a go-to spot for residents, resort guests and tourists seeking an authentic Italian experience.
Alongside artisan gelato, fresh pastries and Illy coffee, customers will now be able to enjoy pizzas made with slow-rise dough, carefully selected ingredients and traditional Italian recipes, as well as a wide selection of gourmet sandwiches prepared to order.
This expansion of the menu represents a further investment by Non Solo Gelato on the Kenyan coast and forms part of the company’s development plan, which, just a few days earlier, will also see the opening of new outlets in Kilifi and Diani.

With this new addition, the outlet at the Billionaire Resort & Retreat will be able to cater for customers throughout the day with a comprehensive range including Italian coffee, artisan pastries, gelato, gourmet sandwiches and freshly prepared pizza.
The launch is scheduled for 24 July, when residents, resort guests and visitors to Malindi will be able to discover the new culinary offering from Non Solo Gelato at one of the most prestigious locations on the Kenyan coast.
