Meanwhile, a stone's throw from the Indian Ocean, fresh fish, quickly frozen in the kitchen, reigns supreme, with unmissable dishes such as carpaccio and seafood first courses, or fried and grilled fish, but the art of pasta, including homemade pasta, with classic or original combinations, is something you can't miss, alongside traditional wood-fired pizza and salads and light dishes for a healthy lunch, after which you can cool off in the blue waters of Silversand.
