The Driftwood Club is one of Malindi's safe and enchanting landing places, where you can breathe an air of relaxation and timeless pleasure. You will never tire of enjoying the view of the Indian Ocean, the breeze whispering through the palm trees, the pleasure of sipping a draught beer or pounding fresh oysters sitting at the bar table overlooking Silversand beach.
In the recently renovated environment, one of the jewels that catches the eye is the boutique right at the entrance. "Beach Corner" while maintaining the style of the hotel, between the sober "old colonial" elegance and the Swahili of the fishermen, is also coloured by Italian fashion and enterprise.
It is enough to take a look in the nice place reinvented by Annelise Della Rosa, among pareos, dresses and accessories, to find for example beautiful Italian swimwear, some of which are made with recycled materials and a series of European garments but also many Kenyan productions, such as earrings, necklaces, sandals and bags.
A little corner that arouses curiosity and that not only attracts tourists (in this period mainly locals) from Driftwood, but can also interest and delight residents and those who will be passing through Malindi, hoping soon for the return of a tourism numerically and qualitatively up to the past years.
