The Kenyans' passion for desserts knows no holidays or strict traditions.
Just as, for example, in Brazil and Peru (but also in France, believe it or not), pandoro and panettone are eaten all year round.
In short, you don't need snow... just open the “pandoro jar” and recreate the effect with icing sugar.
The importer of Italian delicacies Vinyasa, in its treasure chest in Malindi, from which it distributes Italian products throughout East Africa, is convinced that you don't have to wait until December to open and enjoy panettone and pandoro and that, in fact, as soon as it comes fresh out of the oven, it is not sacrilegious at all to appreciate its goodness.
