Malindi, Nairobi: new bar restaurant opening hours

Early dinners but more time to take-away food

08-06-2020 by redazione

Two more hours of opening in the evening, with a curfew postponed to 9 p.m., for a restaurant means the possibility to set up dinner in addition to lunch and for those who do bar and gastronomy service to take advantage of a period of time in which you can also offer take-away and delivery service until the time when people are used to eat the main meal of the day.
So after the announcement by President Kenyatta, who since yesterday has given citizens the opportunity to return home two hours later and the premises to keep open until the last minute, always bearing in mind the time needed to allow their employees to return to their homes, practically all the premises already open and in compliance with the Covid-19 directives of the Ministry of Health, have decided to extend their opening hours.
In Malindi, the Baby Marrow Art&Food Restaurant of Vasco Da Gama Road will be open for dinner until 8.30 p.m. and from the offer of pizzas alone it opens its kitchen proposing the new menu, revised and corrected from a "phase 2" point of view with some novelties. Without forgetting the take-away and delivery service that now covers the entire menu.
The Bar Bar, which has reopened every day and offers bakery pastry and ice cream bar service, in addition to lunch and a special menu every day, will postpone the end of the service to 8 p.m., with the possibility of its famous appetizers with snacks as until three months ago, as well as dinner. With the take-away service always active until that time.
Olimpia Club is also waiting for its loyal customers for dinner, trusting in the speed of its service to give them the chance to have dinner closing its doors shortly after 8pm.
In Nairobi also La Cascina, the Italian restaurant in Karen's The Hub shopping mall, extends the service of its cuisine which, since it reopened, is already getting great response at lunchtime. You can dine until 8pm.
