After the success of the tasting of specialties last Sunday, this Sunday, August 23, at lunch the role of the protagonist is the Indian Ocean crab.
In the splendid atmosphere of the raised sand terrace on the seashore, from 12.30 pm until 4 pm, the Italian chef Giacomo Gaspari will prepare his pulp as entrée with a special lemon dressing, then sauté it in the pan with linguine and offer it according to an oriental and spicy recipe as a second course. To accompany the "crab festival" also a tuna tartare with avocado, a buffalo mozzarella cream in the chef's way, parmesan tortelli with fresh tomatoes and basil, a parade of beef, lamb and chicken skewers, grilled snapper and various side dishes, desserts and selection of ice cream.
As always the price for a lunch of classy (and plentiful) delicacies is excellent: Kes. 3000 (Kes. 1500 for children under 12 years, free under 5 years). The day will be enlivened by the international live music of the singer Pendo.
