Two nights with pork and Ethiopian food at Tangeri Lounge

A sensory journey with tastings, specialities and music

11-12-2019 by redazione

On Wednesdays and Thursdays, the Tangeri Lounge in Malindi offers a sensory journey from Sardinia to Ethiopia, with the aromas and flavours of "porceddu" cooked in a wood-burning oven, the many flavours and evocations of the Amharic cuisine, with an Ethiopian tasting that goes from lamb to beef, chicken and fish, served with the inevitable sauces and with the traditional bread, the Injera.
This evening, Wednesday 11, as always "Wednesday night" with cocktails for aperitifs, deejay set with Dj Macs after dinner, with playlists between vintage and trend, with a splash of Italian music and in addition to the menu a la carte, the now inevitable and mythical piglet artfully prepared by chef Diego in the wood-burning oven.
Special combination of the evening, Chiaretto Veneto wine.
Thursday evening instead a new entry, an evening dedicated to the cuisine of Addis Ababa and its surroundings, with a comprehensive tasting menu in Kes. 1300 (drinks not included) and final with the typical Ethiopian coffee.
It is better to book, at Tel. 0768266698
