Tonight at 9 p.m. at the Teatro Ariston in Acqui Terme, Piedmont, the show written and directed by Enrico Pesce "We are peripheries of the world, points of view, points of life". 
The play was written by the musician from Acqua when he returned from his trip to Nairobi in January in the company of photographers Enrico Minasso, Marco Leoncino and Giorgio Ferraro. During this experience Pesce met his fellow physician Gianfranco Morino, for over thirty years in Africa and for more than ten years the soul of Ruaraka Uhai Neema Hospital, a health facility designed to offer assistance to the last in the Kenyan metropolis.
The show aims to raise funds to be donated to the non-profit organization Worldfriends, which has long been caring for the most needy, in Africa and around the world and of which Morino is one of the advocates. 
The protagonist of the show will be the orchestra of over fifty elements of the Liceo Musicale "Saluzzo - Plana" in Alessandria. 
"The orchestra will interpret itself in an ideal journey between Italy and Africa, between the life lived in the rich world, the western one, and that of Kenya, the sub-Saharan country visited several times by the musician from Aquitaine - explained the organizers to Aquinews - a country full of contradictions, inhabited by millions of people living in shacks-pole over the extreme threshold of poverty and, despite this, animated by an inner elegance and serenity that is difficult to meet in the eyes of us Europeans.
The event, presented by Eleonora Trivella, will be realized thanks to the collaboration of public bodies, cultural associations and economic contribution of banking foundations and at the end of the evening the City of Acqui at the hands of Mayor Lorenzo Lucchini, will confer honorary citizenship to the doctor Acqui of birth with this reason:
"More than thirty years ago, he decided to dedicate his life to Africa and its poorest inhabitants, for more than ten years he created the Ruaraka Uhai Neema Hospital, a center of excellence in Nairobi that is responsible for the protection of the health of children, mothers and all inhabitants of the Kenyan capital. A work of meritorious accomplishment also realized with the sacrifice of one's own private life and professional career".
