The season of the Driftwood of Malindi comes to life, a historic and fascinating club founded by the Brits but now a meeting place for many "Malindians" including Italians. On Friday evening the traditional evening with barbecue by the pool, the BBQ NIght with deejay set to all the soft music of the seventies and eighties and evergreen takes place. Grilled meat or fish and salad and vegetable buffet and dessert trolley at very attractive prices in a unique location on the banks of the Indian Ocean in Silversands.
A classic appointment also on Saturday mornings, as every first weekend of the month, the Farmer's Market returns, the market set up in the garden of the Malindi club with many exhibitors who bring their creations, rather than second-hand items or organic farming. A way to find yourself a stone's throw from the beach and at the same time do some shopping while drinking an aperitif or a second coffee of the day.
