Ballot papers, notice to compatriots from Embassy of Italy

Information for those who did not receive it in the post box

16-09-2022 by redazione

The Embassy of Italy in Kenya invites compatriots resident in Kenya and registered with AIRE who have not yet received their ballot envelope to go to the EMS (Expedited Mail Services) counter of their Post Office to receive their ballot papers.
In case of non-receipt, please see the following notice containing all the information for requesting a duplicate of the ballot envelope.
Italian residents still have six days to vote by post and send their ballot papers, enveloped and already stamped, to the Consular Office in Nairobi. As we have already reported on this site, some readers have informed us that they have not yet received their ballot papers in their mailboxes. In this regard, we would like to point out that some post offices in Kenya do not insert the envelopes containing the ballot papers in the appropriate spaces but keep them in other spaces and are ready to deliver them at the counter, upon presentation of an identification document.
