New water pipeline in Malindi inland.
The new plumbing came to redo the pipes to transport water from the hinterland of Malindi, in Langobaya area and Baricho, to the coast.
Thanks to the Chinese company funds, the same operating in the Tsavo Road area with hydroelectric and irrigation projects, the new "pipeline" will replace the previous one that dates back to thirty years ago, and pour in anything but good conditions.
The area to be Jilore to Langobaya also will soon be affected by a large irrigation project which provides one of the largest growing areas in all of Kenya, second only to that of Meru, on the slopes of Mount Kenya.
Here, thanks to the intervention of the Israeli government which has allocated funds for his own company, will arise many corn fields and fruit trees.
For this project also includes the construction of a dam just to the entrance of sude Gate Hall in Tsavo national park.
The great changes taking place will certainly improve the economic conditions, work and health also of thousands of local people living in these areas. All this also prelude to another infrastructure project, ie the asphalting of the road between Malindi and the entrance to Tsavo East. For the latter project in the pipeline, the start of work should be expected for the first months of New Year.
