Although with this type of certificate and a doctor's certificate confirming the impossibility of vaccination in the immediate future, in English of course, combined with the PCR swab that remains mandatory on arrival, you might be able to enter Kenya. We remain in the field of the conditional, because 15 days after the expiry of the edict, everything is still unclear.
