Puglia tastings on friday at La Malindina

Within the International Week of Italian Cuisine promoted all over the world by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, which for the first time in its history stops in Malindi, more or less every region of Italy is gastronomically represented. After the evening inspired by Piedmont in the Tangier Lounge, this evening Friday, November 29th is the turn of Puglia, with a happening by the pool in the beautiful atmosphere of the restaurant La Malindina. Starting with the aperitif, where you can taste new imported specialties, thanks to the initiative and "Puglia" of the landlord Aldo Menduni, a fine connoisseur of the products of his land. Among the tastings of the evening will be the caciocavallo of Gargano, the eggplant prepared in at least three different ways, sweet and spicy sausages and a series of under oil to lick the moustache including artichokes and dried tomatoes. Dinner, on the other hand, includes a classic Italian menu, which also follows the recipes of Pellegrino Artusi: after a selection of fish carpaccio, go to the spinach and ricotta ravioli and a mixed fried fish and shellfish with vegetables, ending with a fruit tart. All enlivened by Italian music by Dj Dulla.
