The Apulia region will be the protagonist of the evening on Friday as part of the World Week of Italian Cuisine to be held in one of the historical scenarios of Italian gastronomy in Malindi, the restaurant La Malindina founded in 1984 and always managed with a particular perspective that combines elegance, passionate approach of its hosts and a magical and enchanting place. On Friday evening, by the pool, in the tropical lounge under the imposing makuti, you will start with an aperitif based on tastings of many specialties arrived directly from Puglia: caciocavallo del Gargano, sweet and spicy sausages, aubergines in oil, grilled and parmesan cheese, artichokes and dried tomatoes. It's just the starter of a menu that includes fish carpaccio and crustaceans, ravioli with ricotta and spinach, fried fish with vegetables and finally a fruit tart Italian style. All with a special background of vintage Italian music by the equally historic Dj Dulla, to end the evening in the ball, in joy and maybe with a dip in the pool.
