12-11-2020 by redazione

Kenya recorded 1,216 new positive Covid-19 cases in the last 24 hours, with the country's total rising to 65,804. A new record of deaths, which follows that of the previous day, surpassing it by two units: 26 people lost their lives after contracting the virus, one of them being a health worker. This brings the number of deaths in the field to 23, with another 2148 people having contracted the virus since the beginning of the pandemic.
This brings the total number of Coronavirus losses in the country to 1180.
In a press release on Wednesday 11 November, Health Minister Mutahi Kagwe announced that 6,816 samples had been tested during the period in question, bringing the total number of samples tested so far to 760,775. Percentages always well over 15% and therefore very worrying that indicate the presence on the territory of the pandemic.
Of yesterday's positive cases, 1,174 are Kenyan while 42 are foreign.
Fortunately, healing is also continuing: the latest bulletin reports that 513 patients have been discharged, 382 from home care and 149 from various hospitals in the country.
