Let's go to the sixth Malindi Clean Up!

Saturday 14th to create awareness

13-09-2019 by redazione

An event is something that is consumed at once, like a chocolate or a candle in a romantic evening.
A project that is the result of a joint initiative is something that is built consistently and grows little by little.
This is the case of the Malindi Clean Up Day, a monthly appointment with the cleaning of the town, created by a group of responsible residents last April and arrived tomorrow, Saturday, September 14, at the sixth appointment, every second Saturday of the month.
Also in September many will be active in this exercise that is anything but an end in itself: it is not so important to just clean, but it is the goal that counts: to educate to the collection of waste and to keep your habitat clean, bring awareness of the importance of sorting and how waste can become a resource. The motto "trash is cash" if perceived in a land of needy people like this can make a town like Malindi a model to show and export everywhere.
For this reason and for many other reasons, which above all you should find inside you, we are waiting for you all (who is around and who can) and we ask you to support us in any way possible.
Appointment Saturday morning at 8 in front of the Sabaki Pharmacy (Kenyatta Road corner road to the Tsavo), we will go to the neighborhood of Majengo, then coming out to the Barclays Bank where the Clean Up will end.
